Meet Stephen
I use a practical approach to legal issues. I often tells my clients, with a smile, that "I was a human being before I became an attorney." I was married and had a daughter with a "normal" life, all before I worked myself through college and law school.
I synthesize my practice between Estate Planning, and Probate and Trust Litigation. This gives me a unique "before and after" view that other attorneys do not have. I make sure my clients have a true perspective of how the legal theories actually work in practice. My goal is to give each client simple workable advice.
When giving advice on estate planning, I apply the real world application to the maze of legal rules. If something is too complicated, like a trust, maybe you don't need it as much as other estate planning attorneys would argue you do.
